The Blonds New York Fashion Week FW24

The Blond’s New York Fashion Week FW 24 collection sparkled its way down the catwalk. 

David Blond, the Creative Director, stated that the current season was inspired by Latin divas of the past and present and the overall theme, "Fuego". The looks showcased body-hugging silhouettes, corsets, mini hemlines and three-dimensional flames with lustrous textiles and sparkling jewels. The collection symbolizes fire as an embodiment of "renewal and reinventing your identity".

The shows color palette was mainly black and red, with blue and pink accents. The designers drew inspiration from Latin culture, paying tribute to their roots and the Latin pop divas they admire. These divas include Charo, Selena Quintanilla, J.Lo, and Christina Aguilera, whose energy and vibrancy are reflected in the show.
